Returns

We are a small independent business and can't compete with the returns policies operated by the large internet companies. We sell quality brands with the lowest returns rates in the industry.

Please note that we operate a returns fee of £5.00 to cover the costs associated with the return and do not refund the original postage cost. For any items purchased with free postage, there will also be a postage reclaim fee as we paid for the item to be posted/shipped to you. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@bathoutdoors.co.uk. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for returning the product to us in the same condition it was purchased. The return must be tracked and at your own expense. You can always contact us for any return question at sales@bathoutdoors.co.uk.

In accordance with your legal rights laid out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you may cancel an online order within 14 days of purchase. Refunds processed online can take up to 14 days to show in your account.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item following the returns procedure above, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
